ABN AMRO is integrating the employee population of Hauck Aufhauser Lampe Privatbank from Germany and Luxembourg into its organisation. To enable a seamless transition of payroll and HR administration, we are looking for an experienced Data Migration Specialist – HR & Payroll (ADP GlobalView).

You will lead and execute the end‑to‑end migration of payroll data from the legacy environment into ADP GlobalView, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This includes planning and coordinating the migration, orchestrating data gathering, performing data cleansing and validation, managing testing cycles, and ensuring successful execution during cutover.

The role requires frequent collaboration with multi‑country HR, Payroll, and IT teams, as well as the external outsourcing partner. You will also document key processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.

With the following results (SMART)

  • Completed and validated payroll data migration from the legacy system to ADP GlobalView within project timelines (March 2026 – February 2027).
  • Data accuracy confirmed through reconciliation and test cycle outcomes before go‑live.
  • All statutory German and Luxembourg payroll requirements fully met, with no high‑severity compliance findings.
  • All test cycles (UAT, parallel runs, cutover) executed according to project planning, with documented outcomes and sign‑offs.
  • Comprehensive process documentation delivered and fully handed over to internal teams by project completion.
  • Successful collaboration flow established with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely input, issue resolution and clear communication throughout the migration phases.

Relevant knowledge, skills, competences & desired education level

  • Several years of hands‑on experience in ADP GlobalView and HR/payroll data migration projects.
  • Strong data analysis skills (mapping, cleansing, validating) using tools such as MS Excel.
  • Solid understanding of German and Luxembourg HR & payroll regulations (tax, social security, statutory reporting).
  • Proactive, consultancy‑driven mindset with excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy standards in HR/payroll data processing.
  • Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with large-scale HRIS integrations.
  • Knowledge of outsourcing implementation processes.
  • Understanding of SAP ECP and/or SuccessFactors.
  • Willingness to travel during peak phases (UAT, parallel runs, cutover, go-live).
  • Desired Education Level
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • The assignment runs March 2026 – February 2027, with a standard workload of 24 - 40 hours per week (hours negotiable).
  • Work can be performed remotely, but presence in Frankfurt and Munsbach may be required during key project phases.
  • The specialist will report to the Project Manager and Process Lead Global Payroll, while working closely with multiple HR, Payroll and IT teams as well as the outsourcing partner.
  • Engagement requires strong stakeholder management in a multinational environment.
