Voor mijn opdrachtgever ABN Amro Bank te Amsterdam ben ik op zoek naar een Interim Data Selectie Specialist/ Database Marketeer.

• Periode: 3 november 2025 tot en met 30 april 2026
• Aantal uren per week: 36 uur
• Tarief maximaal € 94,- per uur excl. btw en incl. reiskosten

Assignment context and description of activities
As a Database Marketeer, you will play a key role throughout the entire feedback journey. By collaborating with stakeholders, you will identify the data needed to measure the specific journey or touchpoint. If data is missing, you will team up with data modelers and engineers to ensure it is collected and accessible. Using this data, you will build and optimize campaign selections to measure customer sentiment. Next to that, you support the business by delivering analyses on feedback related questions and use-cases, and you proactively suggest solutions to improve the quality of the feedback data.

With the following results

  • Optimise & further automate 15 key journeys in the coming 6 months.
  • In the scope of a year we want to optimise all 30 key journeys
  • During optimising the journeys, your role is to ensure we can scale back to one analist because of optimisation & automation brought by your expertise (in the duration of 12 months).
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis based on requests coming in from key-stakeholders on the 30 key journeys.
  • Creating & managing campaign selection's in Selligent.
  • Aligning with Stakeholders & gathering requirements for creating the right audiences.
  • Analyse the results to further improve audiences for our 30 key journeys.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in database marketing, campaign management, and campaign analytics.
  • Experiences with Marketing Automation tools, such as Selligent or similar solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis, reporting and the writing of stored procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Databricks is a plus
  • Familiarity with the financial sector and knowledge of customer experience and feedback solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must.
