Assignment context and description of activities
As a Database Marketeer, you will play a key role throughout the entire feedback journey. By collaborating with stakeholders, you will identify the data needed to measure the specific journey or touchpoint. If data is missing, you will team up with data modelers and engineers to ensure it is collected and accessible. Using this data, you will build and optimize campaign selections to measure customer sentiment. Next to that, you support the business by delivering analyses on feedback related questions and use-cases, and you proactively suggest solutions to improve the quality of the feedback data.
